Empty Nest?

Well, not quite. We do have two empty bedrooms, though.  Mandy and Alex moved out last month.  We're doing OK though; they're just next door and we see them often.

So what can a family do when they find themselves with two empty rooms?  Well, we could have a den, an exercise room, an entertainment room, guest room, storage room, or any combination of those things.  OR, we could have two bedrooms to share with  some kids who are in need of a bedroom, and a mom and a dad and brothers and sisters.
So, I guess our den will have to keep sharing space with the extra groceries, we'll have to get our exercise on the trampoline or go for walks, and play games and watch movies in the family room.  Our guests will have to sleep on the couch and we'll store stuff in the garage or take it to Goodwill, because we're on a mission to find the little people who will fit perfectly in those rooms.

God sets the lonely in families

Jesus, Friend of Sinners by Casting Crowns

Jesus, friend of sinners, we have strayed so far away
We cut down people in your name but the sword was never ours to swing
Jesus, friend of sinners, the truth's become so hard to see
The world is on their way to You but they're tripping over me
Always looking around but never looking up I'm so double minded
A plank eyed saint with dirty hands and a heart divided

Oh Jesus, friend of sinners
Open our eyes to the world at the end of our pointing fingers
Let our hearts be led by mercy
Help us reach with open hearts and open doors
Oh Jesus, friend of sinners, break our hearts for what breaks yours http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B9Kcm2OAWNA
