Happy 9th Birthday, Scott


  Today is Scott's 9th birthday.  He spent his last three birthdays with us so we are really missing him, today! We were able to send him a card to let him know that we are thinking of him.  I talked with his CASA worker a few weeks ago.  She is still seeing him about once a month and said that they have been able to move out of the halfway house into an apartment.  She said that Scott seems much happier and is doing better at school since they moved.  We'll just keep praying for him to hang in there.
